Tech Pack Wizard Plugin Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tech Pack Wizard Adobe Illustrator plugin (“Plugin”), operated by Sonder Products LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin for your internal business or personal design purposes.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the Plugin
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Modify or create derivative works
- Share access outside your licensed subscription
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Access to the Plugin requires an active subscription. If payment fails or a subscription is canceled, access may be suspended.
3. Intellectual Property
The Plugin and all related materials remain the exclusive property of Sonder Products LLC. No ownership rights are transferred.
4. User Content
All design files and data created using the Plugin remain your property. The Plugin does not claim ownership over your work.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all technical specifications before production use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonder Products LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business damages, including manufacturing errors or financial losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription during the previous 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or fail to maintain an active subscription.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
