Refund Policy

Tech Pack Wizard is a digital software subscription provided by Sonder Products LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because our product is digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are subject to the terms below.
1. Subscription Fees
Tech Pack Wizard is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing until cancelled.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will not be charged.
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
3. No Refunds After Billing
Because Tech Pack Wizard includes a free trial period, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before:
- The end of the free trial, or
- Any renewal date
to avoid being charged.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide refunds for payments already processed.
5. Failed Payments
If payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
6. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting support, your account may be suspended or terminated.
We are happy to resolve billing concerns directly.
